T-Mobile is performing network upgrades and some new networks do NOT support this first generation device. You need a window area in your home or office that gets one bar of SOLID T-Mobile (not edge or partner network) 3G. THIS UNIT DOES NOT SUPPORT LTE! IT ALSO DOES NOT SUPPORT IPHONE 4S OR NEWER and Samsung S6 or above. You may also NOT see improvement on smartphones comparable to the Iphone & Samsung not supported. A few bars of 3G & the Cel-Fi will bring you faster downloads, smooth video & surfing, improved voice coverage. Our GREAT condition, lightly used devices are a great option if your budget is tight.
